Job Description

 Recruitment
  • Assist in developing and evaluating the Bank's talent acquisition strategy
  • Support full cycle recruitment for full time, part time, internship, and consultant positions
  • Perform recruitment activities: job posting, sourcing, pre-screen resumes, interview candidates and provide recommendation for hiring department
  • Notify relevant parties of employment decisions including acceptance of offer and new hires
  • Maintain a good record of the recruiting process including expenses, resumes received, and interviews conducted
Onboarding /Transfers/Termination
  • Administer onboarding process, including conducting employee guide education, following-up to ensure completion of forms and notifying relevant departments
  • Maintain and manage employee personnel information folders/files/database
  • Supervise and execute the Employee ID Card production process
  • Conduct transfer and termination processes
  • Administer the Bank's turnover report and conduct personnel analysis as needed
Ad Hoc Project
  • Participate and manage departmental ad-hoc projects on an as needed basis
 Job requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with major in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or other related fields of study, Master's degree preferred
  • 0-3 year corporate Human Resources working experience
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to details, commitment to deadlines, and multi-tasking abilities
  • Bilingual abilities in Mandarin Chinese highly preferred
