HR Performance Evaluation Consultant
The incumbent will be responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management.
May include but are not limited to:
Implement performance management related policy and procedures
Monitor and implement the performance management cycle, including: Performance Targeting and Planning, Performance Coaching and Communication, Performance Evaluation and Feedback and Performance Reward and Improvement
Conduct performance management training and communication.
Compose official reports and statements in English and Chinese
Ad Hoc Project
Participate and manage departmental ad-hoc projects on an as needed basis
Bachelor's degree with major in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or other related fields of study, required, Master's degree preferred
1+ year corporate Human Resources working experience preferred
Bilingual abilities in Mandarin Chinese (reading and writing) required
Good communication skill, multifunction skill, customer service skill, analytical skill, coordination skill, independent research ability, good adaptability, detail orientation required
Knowledge in immigration related regulations preferred
